The customer should apply for all necessary gate passes, work permits, and other permits needed for the date of delivery. Incomplete paper works and permits will be cancelled and rescheduled. Reschedule fee will apply.
Kindly check the condition of the products upon receipt, the customer shall ensure that either he/she or a valid representative will receive and check the products. Damaged products should be pointed out immediately for replacement. In failure to do so, assures that the items are in good condition and will not be subject for any replacement. Reported damage after 48 hours will be invalid and will not be subject for replacement as the boxes may have been mishandled at the site and is not the shop’s liability.
Replacement or completion of products picked up should be done in store for pick up also.
For installation, the customer shall be responsible in ensuring that the type of ceilings are fit for the type of lighting fixtures to be installed, electrical wiring provisions should be available. Ceiling surface should be prep before the scheduled installation day. Additional items needed ie ladder or scaffolding is c/o customer.
Installation are applicable to lighting fixtures only.
For un-assembled products (picked up or delivered), kindly check all parts upon receipt of items to ensure parts are complete.
Installation services are to be scheduled. Charges or fees apply and rates may depend on the size or complexity of the item.
