Upon placing of order, you must be SURE of the item you are ordering. A change of your mind when the order arrives or is placed with our partners overseas, does not entitle you a refund or exchange.

POLICY AS PER DTI #7394
Prohibition of the “ No return No Exchange “
Policy DOES NOT APPLY if the product you bought is in perfect condition nor has no defect.
UNDER THE IRRA 7394 – THE CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPINES:
Returns
We have 7 days return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, free of scratches and damages, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom and indent or pre orders will not be accepted and not eligible for refund unless items are defective upon delivery. Similarly, if you requested for a late delivery of your item for more than 28 days after your purchase, it is no longer eligible for a refund. If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
Late refunds
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items that are on sale may not be returned for a refund. If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopdecoreph@yahoo.com and send your item to: Unit 103 G/F Magnitude Place Building, 186 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Bagumbayan 1110 Quezon City.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 103 G/F Magnitude Place Building, 186 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Bagumbayan 1110 Quezon City.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
